Our Coffee & Donut Ministry is a fun way to share community with others. Tasks include picking up Donuts from Top Pot, making coffee & tea, setting up and serving and clean up. Time commitment is about 30 minutes before and after mass.
There are Sign Up spots to pick up donuts from Top Pot, Set-up & Serve and a 'shaddow' spot to learn more.
Whether you are an experienced server or are interested in becoming one, we need you to share your gifts with our community.

Ushers & Greeters - description:
Ushers and greeters welcome and assist our parishioners and visitors, along with safety support. Ushers greet folks at the start of Mass, help find seating if the church is full, be able to start web-streaming (training is given), pass the basket during the collection of gifts, and direct people during Holy Communion.
Assignments are once or twice monthly on Saturday or Sunday Mass and Holy Days. Time is flexible. Service hours count toward ASB School requirements. This is an easy job to add in if your child is an Altar Server.
Time commitment:
Volunteers arrive 20 minutes before the beginning of Mass and stay about 10 minutes after it ends for a total of 90 minutes, including Mass time. Two ushers are scheduled for each mass, so you never serve alone.

Lectors is a wonderful ministry for those who are comfortable speaking in front of a group and want to gain a deeper connection to the Mass.
Lectors are asked to practice and prepare the readings – a workbook is provided – and have an active and visible role in the Mass.
A lector will normally cover 2-3 masses during a 4 month period. Complete training is available, and we are flexible! If you prefer some 5pm masses, others at 9am, we can work around that!
Please contact me with any questions! [email protected]
